I am grateful to be able to vacation with my family. The hotel is nice, but I don't think it's fair to close the pool for over three hours just because of a lightning strike eight miles away—especially when the sun and heat are intense. You pay a lot of money to deal with this kind of inconvenience. Mrs. Gail sees a cloud and closes the pool. I wouldn't come back to this hotel.
