Beautiful condos. Enjoyed the pools! I wish the main pool with the waterfall was warmer. On cloudy days the water was pretty chilly.
When we arrived our keys to the cottage didn’t work and it was pouring out. We couldn’t get anyone on the phone it was all just automated. Finally when we got two different people on the phone through the reservation choice they couldn’t help us not even transfer us to someone else. So we had to go all the way back to the clubhouse to get working keys in the pouring rain with our luggage. The cottage itself was nice, large, and mostly clean. We loved it! The staff is fantastic. The rooms are clean with beautiful marina views. The food in Naples is very good. Many quality places. They are off of 5th Ave which is right in downtown. The valet Larry was my 5 year olds best buddy and has adopted him as new family. So Larry welcome to the fam. Just a stellar experience with this resort and crew.
