Loved it lazy river is small but service great shuttle very convenient nice gateaway
Absolutely incredible service from the front end staff to the restaurant employees and bartenders. Our entire stay was greeted with smiles and friendly staff. The amenities offered were fantastic. Cleanliness is will rate as a 10. Hope who works at the front will actually go out of her way to assure that you are satisfied and taken care of. I could not say enough about Naples Bay Resort& Marina.

What a wonderful time we had at Naples Bay Resort customer service was the best I ever had everyone that works here are so friendly. Everything was so clean the pools. I just can’t say enough and you can’t leave out the view of all the boats in the bay. we will definitely be back next year. Thank you for a wonderful time. God bless you all.
I rented 3 bedroom cottage and pictures looked completely different online. Online they look beautiful, website said lavish ! And When I got here, It was done from 1980s with no upgrades Couch was sunken and the mattress was warn out . Mold on the bathroom’s ceiling and pots and pans were scratched to death couldn’t cook in them .
