Very rude,the guy secretary rude seemed stressed out and like he didn't know what he was doing,told me it would be over an hour I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for an evaluation long story short I went up the road to highland and the people were very nice I was in and out in 15 minutes highly would not recommend the marijuana doctor in Hardy
