I wish I didn't even give one star. My nine year old, high functioning, autistic son was mistreated by his counselor by the name Roddrick Hampton. It was the second visit with my son when he lost his temper and was yelling and slamming my door. It was unprovoked and I never raised my voice. He really traumatized my son and made him feel unsafe. Be weary of this agency and protective of your child from this counselor.
One of the best agencies I have ever had. My child and I received services and all I can say is wow. I have had agencies before where my counselor was a no show for weeks. My counselor with The MARCS Agency never missed 1 appointment and was always available when I needed her. Whenever I call the office I always speak with Ms. Candice and she has provided me with a lot of resources that I did not know was available before. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
