Please avoid this place if you are looking for a relaxing visit. Blasts far right news as loud as they can in the lobby. (When we arrived they were talking about a shooting) Blonde front desk lady was rude when asked to turn the TV down, then said that they didn't have the remote and couldn't. The only reason it's not a 1 star review is because of some of the staff are good.

This is the price of being told you’ve had an early miscarriage at Dr. Marchand’s office. My experience with this office has been literal Hell. Backstory; I went to my first pregnancy appointment May 1st and was told that I more than likely I had an early miscarriage, and to return on May 15th to confirm. We pay the $175 office fee and return two weeks later as scheduled where it was sadly confirmed after another ultrasound that I did in fact have an early miscarriage. I recently had an abdominal myomectomy performed by Dr. Marchand, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the very first consultation, Dr. Marchand was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough in explaining the procedure and what to expect. I’ve always had great experiences at this office, so when I found out I was pregnant, it was an easy decision to come here for my care. My first prenatal visit with Dr. Marchand was amazing—he was kind, knowledgeable, and helped ease so many of my first-time mom worries. I just had my first prenatal appointment on April 1st, unfortunately due to waiting for state health insurance to get into gear I had a very late first appointment. I’m 4 months pregnant and only just now started getting the care I need. My insurance had assigned me to a Dr that did not do prenatal care and I wasted my whole morning on the 1st dealing with them and being told they couldn’t do anything for me.
