Good location.
Absolutely fantastic experience. Price, location , Security, Management, Internet connection are all great. It's missing some extra facilities like onsite gym or swimming pool but I cannot call it a cons.
Brand new ; very close to CBD and the Gabba ; very reasonable rent for its situation. Onsite manager.
