I have my concerns and after reading these two reviews I am very concerned. I have been waiting since June for my installation and there are never any follow up calls I always have to call them! If I am not happy with the work after installation you and they will hear from me. At this moment I am unhappy customer!
If you want a good job & happy neighbors - DON'T GO TO The Marble Shop I was working derectly with the owner, and he wasn't very pleasant, I tiopld myself maybe it's just his personality, so i gave him a chance, what a huge mistake that was. 1) Owner went to the wrong house and subswequently ran over my neighbors retaining wall, he agreed to come back that night and make the repair, he never showed.
