Great work. 5 years ago the Marble Factory was contracted to install my shower. Mistakes were made and I didn't get it resolved until today. The new owner, (who inherited the work) came and made it right. He solved it quickly and professionally. They even make their own product to solve the shower drain issue that people are complaining about in their reviews. I will 100% be asking them to do future work. The owner is a solid upstanding guy. I needed to replace the vanity which meant finding a sink that would work. The further I got into the project, the worse things got. The owner at Marble Factory assured me he could make it beautiful. He was right. The bowl design is perfect for this small space and one might never be able to tell that the walls are not square by a distance of over 1/2 inch. Marble Factory gave me a spa not just a pretty bathroom. This product is so versatile and cost effective. It really is the best choice for a new build or a remodel.
The shower stalls in the main and second bathroom in a new home purchase were provided by the Marble Factory. The look and quality of the bathrooms are A1. We had a minor issue with the shower stall in the main bathroom and the professional way it was handled by Stryder and Tammy is to be commended. I would not hesitate to recommend the Mable Factory to others
Caution - The Marble Factory, Inc does not stand behind their work. We purchased our townhouse new in 2019. The Marble Factory was sub contracted by Ence Homes to install the bathroom tubs and shower. After just 3 years we started seeing water damage to the baseboards outside the walk-in entry to master shower. Speaking with a representative from The Marble Factory, it was suggested that we, the owners, were possibly at fault for "not properly maintaining" the shower or "stepping on the drain". This is my first time using The Marble Factory but not my last, I highly recommend hiring them. The product quality exceeded my expectations! The staff are highly skilled, pays attention to detail, left zero mess, quickly finished the job, and were considerate of my unforseen circumstances.
