I've been seeing Amanda for years now and I've never left unhappy. When I'm in her chair, I know I'm in good hands! My 5yo started going to her as well and actually enjoys getting her hair cut. Highly recommend!
We used Maplewood beauty bar for our wedding hair/makeup and they did great!! Everyone looked beautiful. Amanda and Hannah showed up on time and stayed ahead of schedule all morning.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews and it honestly took me a while to decide to, but this haircut was so bad I felt like I had to. I asked Kristin for just above shoulder length and provided a reference photo of a haircut I have had before that I wanted again (the second photo). The fact that I, a non-hairstylist, could tell she was cutting hair incorrectly should have been my first red flag. After washing my hair, she began cutting straight across the sides of my head. I’ve been going to Kristin for about two years now, and she is the best. She has such attention to detail, while staying committed to keeping things affordable for the clients who need it. She’s the first person who I ever trusted to highlight my hair, and she did a wonderful job with my requests. I also asked her to do my rehearsal dinner updo, and she matched my vision perfectly. I got so many compliments and it held all night! Definitely recommend Kristin and the Maplewood Beauty Bar for all your hair needs.
