Fabulous surgery, staff listen, are very polite and helpful and, in my case got extra medication ordered without any problems at all😄😄👍👍
I’m fairly new to Maple Surgery and have had such a positive experience so far. Dr K Pathmanathan has been incredibly understanding — I felt listened to, never rushed, and fully supported with a realistic treatment plan. The locum GP I saw was also fantastic and arranged physio for me the very next day. The reception team have always been pleasant and helpful. It’s easy to complain, but I just wanted to say a genuine thank you for such compassionate care and kindness when its been needed the most.
I was very disappointed with my recent appointment. The doctor felt dismissive, with poor bedside manner and a rushed approach. I had been advised by other healthcare professionals to raise specific health issues with a GP, but it seemed unwelcome when I tried to discuss several symptoms that could be related. I felt I had to push to be heard and was often spoken over, which left me dismayed about the whole experience.
I saw Dr Funnell this morning and he was fantastic. He was kind, personable and very thorough. There’s been some huge improvements with the surgery recently and I have had consistently good experiences with them for a while now.
