This surgery has definitely improved dramatically. They can't do enough to help.
Recently the GP service here has really turned around. I had a few terrible experiences a couple years ago, but everyone I’ve seen this year has been good. Doctors Patel and Yousuf really listened to my concerns and seem like they want to find out what the root of my issues have been. I’ve been referred to various specialists in a timely manner, which has been quite surprising. And Ms Pancheva is excellent at taking blood. It was over in a flash!
