A big shout out to our server Caleb. great service n great personality. Everything he recommended from drinks, apps, entrees & desserts was delicious . Highly recommend!
All of the burgers were raw and they had to take them all back to cook them more. Got a Caesar salad and the chicken was frozen in the middle still. Chips were soggy.
We had dinner reservations for three people. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign to see the bartender for seating. We were seated in the bar, not terrible except the air conditioner was broken and it was about 80° in there. Upon ordering appetizers we asked the bartender if the sugar maple bacon was slab bacon and he said it's really thick and delicious. I ordered the Italian Wedding soup. Enjoyed our dinner at The Maple Kitchen at the HICV Mt. Ascutney Resort. They were short-staffed, so the service was kind of slow. But the wait staff were friendly and acknowledged the delay. The chicken pot pie was excellent, and the pot roast was good too but didn't include any vegetables. The beer selection was good and the atmosphere was good too. Unfortunate that they aren't open for breakfast though!
