Excellent bed. Well made. I recommend
Mattress to small, queen 78"x58 instead of 80"x60. Multiple emails and phone calls and no answer. Now the website does not exist anymore. They are still posting on their Facebook page...
It has been almost a month that I requested a return on the mattress we bought for our daughter and yet there is no response! I’m not even sure if they have such a thing as customer service department. I hope I did not get involved in a scam buying a $2000 mattress.
Love the mattress! Highly recommend!
