We paid for the “concierge” cleaning and did walk thru. The guy during walk thru made no mention of smoke smell or texture work, just touch up paint that would be covered by service we bought. Then we received an email with an $87 texture charge and over $400 smoke removal. I was in apartment for 3 mths after dying and being put on ventilator and oxygen.
