Went to the Manse to have a mole removed from my face. Paid a fair amount of money for the procedure, when I took off the bandaid a week later the mole was still there. I went back and was only then told that the procedure may only reduce the growth by 30% and not fully remove it and I could pay $750 to have another laser session to try and reduce it a bit more. Beautiful results and a lovely experience from reception right through to my clinician. Literally every single employee was wonderful. What was rare and made me write this review was how authentic their advice is - no upselling, no pressure, just honest guidance about what’s right for you. In this industry, that’s worth a lot. Highly recommend, particularly for filler dissolve, which I was anxious about but because of the care taken, was so happy with the outcome.
