One of the worst places I’ve ever lived at in my life HOA is a bunch of money, hungry extortionist That do nothing for the complex except harass tenants
The management is non existent. They are never available and always changing companies. HOA paying for stuff we don’t even have anymore like security, cable and internet. Roaches in the hall way, hot water randomly stops working. They put laminate in the hallways and there’s already issues with the flooring and it hasn’t even been a year. Place is terrible.
