The house is beautiful, but the first floor apartment has significant issues. Water damage in the entry way to just past the powder room has created holes and weak spots in the floor. A mat was over a foot sized hole in the hallway. First floor bathroom is a shoddy reno, the shower stinks and has gnats. Dave the owner refuses to accept feedback or correct issues.

Bring enough people to get both apartments. Decent beds. Sad living room furniture. Great location.
Had such a wonderful time shooting at this location with a friend who was renting The Chateau. They had a beautiful claw foot tub to capture some wonderful shots. Highly recommend for lodging and creative projects!
