Vendors or suppliers be wary! Company simply does not pay its providers, nor do they honor contractual obligations. By the looks of the other negative reviews to which there are many, this seems to be an occurring offense.

I went for a Harry Potter dinner night, it was so lovely. The decorations were so neat and the entire place overall is gorgeous. I would definitely go to another event here

Ernie and the wife are horrible business owners who don’t care about the community they “serve”. They are two bit cons, don’t ever do business with any Herrera affiliated entity. We provided security to the manor for over a year they racked up a 5,000 bill and never paid us. To this day we are still awaiting a response from anyone, do the right thing. I attended a dinner here. They sat me for dinner, I had paid for a show and at the place added dinner. Here I was told I could add dinner to the general admission fee for $25 extra per plate. I got four plates and when the bill came it was not itemized and $40-$50 over what was expected. When you questioned it they told me it was credit card fees. asked to see an itemized bill.
