If I could give a 0, I would. My mother was brought here for short term rehabilitation and has been neglected, was told if she doesn’t like it there to leave, etc. I’ve never met such a nasty group of staff members who are supposed to care for our loved ones. If you genuinely want what’s best and care for your loved ones, please avoid placing them here. I have never dealt with nastier/rude people in my life.
Very professional, kind, caring staff. The therapy team did a fantastic job restoring mobility for our family member. Thank you!
The staff is wonderful!!! My Mom is on the 3 rd floor and staff “The Best” The maintenance staff are always cleaning. Physical therapy dept exceptional!! The only reason I gave 4 stars is the food !! It could be better!! The are older people who have limitations !! I think you can do better!!
Great staff, caring and compassionate. I’ve seen them go the extra mile to see that the residents and their families have what they need.
