Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Does the medical staff at this facility include family members in important health decisions? Absolutely, I'm always notified immediately of every important health decision Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! Roof leaks. Professional staff turnover is too frequent. Rates have been raised 3 times in a little over a year.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

It was very obvious that they spent a lot of time decorating the place and making it warm and inviting for the residents. I felt a lot better leaving my loved one at a place they'd feel comfortable. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I'm always getting calls from the staff letting me know exactly how my loved one is doing. They work hard to keep me informed.
