This is for Rehab: Nice looking facility, most of staff SEEM pleasant & express desire to be helpful - BUT they are apparently seriously Under-staffed, thus actually Getting Things Taken Care Of is decidedly hit & miss. Perhaps due to under-staffing, some personnel have very little patience for explanations - from either side of a conversation.
