The Manor was built in the 1960s and yes, it is an old building. The building's infrastructure has cracks, bowed walls, etc....common for older buildings that haven't been maintained. The current regime continues to repair issues but all of this costs money and takes time. Some residents choose to upgrade the interiors of their condos. Personally I don't know if this is a good idea or not. One group of garages were rebuilt due to structural issues. The future plan is to upgrade all the garages on the property.
