I'm a contractor who has been working at the building for 3 years and I can say that everyone is professional, helpful and kind. Jenny is the best manager in Kansas City, and she goes above and beyond to help the residents. They also have the friendliest and most caring security anywhere. The maintenance staff is very proactive in keeping up with the lighting in common areas and the cleaning staff are very conscientious in their cleaning routine. This place is more like a home than a commercial living space.
I have to share with you all! I live in the Mahattan Condos 700 E 8th street Downtown KCMO. I moved from Overland Park, KS a beautiful home where I raised my 3 sons. Once they were grown and gone I wanted a change. Moving into the Manhattan has never been a mistake. The amenities are beyond my expectation. I belonged to Prairie Life Fitness for years - the Manhattans gym is an equal match! The Penthouse pool is so peaceful, and my kids love it!
