Scheduled an appointment and upon arrival the stylist informed me that we didn't have time for the service i had scheduled, we had not clarified what I had wanted (hair color), and she had assumed I wanted a hair cut. when she told me this she asked if i had any days off and I told her i took off of work and drove and hour just to come here, i asked if she would have time later today since I made the trip and she acted offended. Easy to make appointments, reasonable pricing, nice atmosphere, personable salon personnel, couldn't be better, etc.
Nice people with good skills for the short cut I wanted. Only complaint was an unanswered email prior to making an appointment.
