Scheduled an appointment and upon arrival the stylist informed me that we didn't have time for the service i had scheduled, we had not clarified what I had wanted (hair color), and she had assumed I wanted a hair cut. when she told me this she asked if i had any days off and I told her i took off of work and drove and hour just to come here, i asked if she would have time later today since I made the trip and she acted offended. Just moved to the area and had my first haircut here. I was impressed with how clean the facility was and my experience here overall. Ashley did a great job!

Easy to make appointments, reasonable pricing, nice atmosphere, personable salon personnel, couldn't be better, etc.
Nice people with good skills for the short cut I wanted. Only complaint was an unanswered email prior to making an appointment.
