Very poorly run place. My Mom had made an appointment a month ago online at this place and when we arrived for my appointment, the woman at the front desk claimed that she had no record of that appointment and they didn’t take walk ins and we could come back in a couple weeks. I have been going to this salon since 2025, and Brittany has been my regular stylist. I always ask for the same length on top, the sides, and my hairline in back, and up until my most recent visit, that had never been an issue. On my last visit, my hair was cut far shorter than what I asked for on top, on the side, and my hairline was too high in back and the cut itself was poorly done. It is not something a trim can fix.
