I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience with Jaylynn! From consultation to blowout everything was thoughtful and professional and she NAILED my color, which no one has ever really been able to do. I went gray very young so I almost forgot what my natural color looked like. She made me feel pretty for the first time in so long and I truly look better than I have in years. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. What an amazing experience. I have truly found my new stylist!!

I asked for a trim and platinum highlights and specifically asked them to go to the root Instead of platinum highlights, I got orange brown highlights, and they didn’t go to the root Left about an inch from the root of the terrible highlights then I called two days later I told them I was unhappy it wasn’t the color I asked for and they didn’t go to the roots like I had specified.
