This was the worst hair coloring experience I have EVER had and cost more as well. The woman never even introduced herself and was in a rush the whole time because her kids had homecoming that night. I asked to cut off all the dead ends and to color the underneath like galaxy, and I showed her a picture. I didn't realize at first, but in the back it was a faded mess.
