To be honest, I didn't even feel like going to the office in this apartment. 😭 There's a girl ...... who speaks very rudely. I've met her four times and I've come away with a bad feeling all four times. Last week I went in office after almost 8/9 months. ......... was not there. Her chair was empty. I am pretty sure most of the people know ....... her. 😀 I found the new faces, Manager and Receptionist both are new and they are so nice too. I've had a leaking ceiling in my apartment for over a month now, and the issue remains unresolved. I submitted a maintenance request through the tenant portal, as told by management, but it was canceled without any explanation. Despite our outreach, no significant repairs have been made. Just delays and excuses. It's frustrating to live with ongoing water damage and to feel ignored as a tenant. This level of neglect is unacceptable, and I hope management actually takes responsibility and addresses this problem.
