Roaches everywhere. Update The apartment itself is okay and the location is convenient, but the utility bills have been steadily increasing, which is frustrating. It’s hard to budget when the charges keep changing. I hope management can improve communication and give residents more clarity on these costs.
The Manchester is a big and modern apartment complex with a great location near the parks, shopping centers, restaurants and more business. It has a bright and comfortable units and it is safe and cozy place to live in.
Mason was an AMAZING tour guide , and i love the property . She helped me understand the changes and helped me start the process of applying . I love the apartment and the space , definitely can not wait to make The Manchester my new home
i will like to start off with how easy the process is and how well they work with getting you into the apartments , i appreciate Mason so much for the time and effort she put in to help me get approved and moved in . She was reliable and always there to help , I appreciate her for not getting annoyed when i kept on calling about my approval . my new apartment is beautiful and im so excited about my move to Manchester
