Roaches everywhere. Update The apartment itself is okay and the location is convenient, but the utility bills have been steadily increasing, which is frustrating. It’s hard to budget when the charges keep changing. I hope management can improve communication and give residents more clarity on these costs. Update The gas stove is defective and shoots out large flames while cooking, creating a serious safety hazard. I submitted a maintenance request, but the stove was never repaired. Mason has been great from the initial process of touring and signing my lease to addressing any issues or maintenance needed around the community while I have lived here. She is also attentive and patient any time I come into the office. Maintenance staff has also been prompt and helpful when explaining any issues and subsequent repairs.

Can't stress enough how many roaches there are in Manchester Apartments. Just killed two having a dance night in the bathroom. They'll get on your nerves after living here for few days. Their pest control is very ineffective. They crawl around in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and whatnot. The crickets will encroach and sing in your room to ruin your sleep.

Do NOT MOVE HERE. The roaches are horrible. They come out of the sink, come out of the walls and crawl from the closet. They gave me a nasty , roach infested unit and tried to make me wait a week before sending pest control. They do not spray the unit prior to moving in new tenants. Please keep that in mind. If you need to move desperately, don’t even stop here. Management is rude and the white lady in the office lies and is very nonchalant. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
