The Management Trust are amazing. They take care of everyone in a timely manner and everyone is very professional.
Heather does a wonderful job at handling the affairs of the 248 N. 14th Street HOA! She is very detail oriented. She follows up and includes all outstanding items in each meeting’s agenda. She is keenly aware of each agenda item, is to the point, and steers the meetings to effectively handle each one. Therefore, the meetings finish in a timely fashion. Our small HOA has in the past received mixed service from this management company. However, once we were reassigned to two other individuals (Rochelle and Kim) the service completely changed. As a very vocal person (and sometimes too opinionated), they were able to answer all of my questions and provide excellent service. Kim is a joy to work with and she is so professional and responsible. I am very happy with the service our HOA is receiving from them.
