These people never answer the phone and are never available for any questions. What am I paying HOA fees for.
As the president of our HOA, I must express my dissatisfaction with this management company. They are extremely disorganized and unresponsive. Their attention to detail and general follow-up are virtually non-existent. Homeowners frequently voice their frustration over unreturned calls and poor communication.
I am beside myself in anger of how poorly my community has been treated at Emerald Gardens by this company. To add insult to injury, they are increasing the HOA fee to $300. It is the highest in East Las Vegas! Here is a list of current issues that have been poorly managed. Very unprofessional! They charged me for non-existing violation, arguing with me through emails. Sent a bunch of screenshots, videos and explanation why the electrician stopped on our driveway for 7 h . Fighting with them that it was said that the car stayed overnight, which is a lie. Then I attended the Zoom call which was established on specific day and time. Waited for 32 minutes, nobody never attended this meeting. Then got another 100$ fine for not attending the meeting 🥹. **12/12/2024 UPDATE** Still nothing. They respond but they have not fixed these issues. They raised the HOA fees again. It's now up to $300. Incredibly disappointed, all I want to do is help my elderly disabled mother and grandmother. This is my last effort to get help. We have begged for assistance regarding these carports. The cars are being damaged due to the heat and sun, but every time I open a ticket it gets closed with no response or even where to get help. Please help us, I would truly appreciate it.
