2025 UPDATED REVIEW: The Management Trust deserves zero stars. Yet again, A YEAR LATER, we are in the same position as last summer. We received a violation for a car being parked on the street in April, that was immediately corrected. They issued us another violation to which I stated that it was resolved. Now the vehicles haven’t been at the residence since May 2nd, and we’ve received a hearing for the violation. Worst management company. Horrible communication and not helpful
Parkview Community Management needs to get it together. Trash.
Don’t live in a community managed by The Management Trust. They don’t care about homeowners and won’t do anything to correct any kind of mistake. For two years in a row now we’ve dealt with wrongful violations that we’ve been fined for, even though they either didn’t happen or were corrected right away. And no one at The Management Trust helped us even when we called and emailed three different people who work there.
