The person involved in our SubHOA is rude and doesn’t listen to owners plus we are not provided with a budget or financial statement
This is the worst association I’ve ever dealt with.
Worst HOA IN NEVADA , Stay Clear of these guys I promise you. I’m a very easy going renter,rent and HOA paid every month on schedule. Clean, quiet and reserved but my HOA sounded Burglary alarms on my family and I at our our pool and used a megaphone to scold us to get out of our own pool during regular hours . These are the type of people that get a little pinch of power and let their egos get the best of them. Honestly feels like we’re renting in North Korea , very unprofessional and disrespectful
2025 UPDATED REVIEW: The Management Trust deserves zero stars. Yet again, A YEAR LATER, we are in the same position as last summer. We received a violation for a car being parked on the street in April, that was immediately corrected. They issued us another violation to which I stated that it was resolved. Now the vehicles haven’t been at the residence since May 2nd, and we’ve received a hearing for the violation.
