Update: I called the South Hill location to ask if they would be able to fix my hair. Jeremy answered and said to come on in and they would take care of it. I made it on a few hours later and they got me in right away and fixed it up for no charge. Looks great, can’t even tell it was botched to begin with! The guy that cut my hair has no business in a barber shop. Asked for a high fade. The left side wasn’t faded, just a hard line. He tried to fix it once with no success.
