I came in for buzz cut, and I use a wheelchair. They asked me if I preffered to stay in my own chair, which I do, or have them move theirs. It was refreshing that it was no big deal. The stylist was friendly and asked me questions about the chair, which I don't mind answering. I work in an elementary school I am used to questions.
We went in for their back to school event. Everybody was super nice, but the stylist we got took 5 times longer than any of the other stylists, and we still had to go to another salon to have it fixed. We won't be coming back.
They always do a great job on my head shave
