Santana gave me a GREAT haircut today. She was actually fun to receive a haircut from. What a great stylist and Awesome personality. I will definitely be returning to see her and I drive over from Idaho. She just earned a loyal customer.

I got my haircut by Matt and he gave me an awesome cut. My hairstyle is not an easy one and got passed on to him and he took it with confidence and nailed it and also fixed it because the person that cut my hair before this messed it up so he definitely gave my haircut life again and also I’m a fellow barber as well who just graduated barber school and he was kind and answered any questions I had about the industry and stuff like that and it was a good time and I plan on going back to him every few Weeks. Yikes! Checked in at 5 waited until 5:45 when I was told they close at 6 and I could go to the pines location. Only 2 people in front of me on the list and 2 employees. The 2 guys got called back at the same time (just a little after 5). I'm not asking the 2 employees to speed through haircuts I'm just asking for a heads up when I check in that I'm probably not going to get fit into the schedule because waiting 45 minutes to be told that there's not enough time seems ridiculous. I called to speak to a manager and was hung up on. My fiancé brought my son in today for a haircut and the lady couldn’t have been less polite. She was cussing and raising her tone with my son who happens to be autistic. Never once did she get my fiancé from the waiting area and involve him instead she thought it was more appropriate to cut his ear with a clipper and not finish the job but charges full price. The customer service was pretty lacking, the haircut was less than desirable and I paid $75 for it. Outrageous pricing on what felt like a $20 service and cut. Won’t be coming back. Did well on the straight razor though.
