Great stay up the mountain, near the village! Location was perfect for Mammoth Mountain and Lakes area.
Shower water smelled like sewage, there was no front desk person at all. Bed was super cheap.
It is an average place with no front desk person, basically no service, not worth the price I paid
We stayed one night in the 5 person room in the back of the hotel in August 2025. This room was very run down and not worth the money at all. Everything about the room was very run down and cheep. The free breakfast is a joke, its just some old dusty containers of Cheerios and one was open. There is no AC so it is very hot in the summer. The room is dirty and things are scattered around. You need a code to go in the lobby, another to get your key out of a lock box just to enter a dirty room with broken furniture, mold in the bathroom. You have to leave a message and wait for a call back, finally you interact with a person. Get upgraded to a bigger room,,, more codes... new room has previous customer's belongings and sheets haven't been changed!!! We stayed somewhere else!!!
