We stayed at The Mammoth Creek Inn with our family and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is perfect for both a relaxing getaway and an active trip to Mammoth Lakes. The location is very convenient, with restaurants, shops, and transportation to the mountains all within walking distance. We stayed 3 nights in their newer ‘A’ building in sierra view room. Pros: the rooms look great and the view is equally as good. Our room had a great bathtub too which is an added perk Cons: however it was very very rough around the edges with basics done wrong. We reached in the middle of a snowstorm and the central heating wasn’t working. While we did get a space heater but it wasn’t the best experience. Kind of a rip off. $250 for an unheated room. Cancel within four days of arriving, get charged $85 regardless. Will not be staying here again.
