The earliest appointment available was a month and a half out. Three weeks later, my appointment was cancelled because a staff member had scheduled the ultrasound and mammogram in the wrong order. They rescheduled it for another two months later. The referral was marked "urgent," yet they have no slots for such cases. They don't even put you on a waiting list. It’s terrible, because while I wait two and a half months for the ultrasound and mammogram, I could actually die of cancer.

Their robocaller announces that they have recieved a referal and to call this number. However, it does not specify what referal, so there's no way to know which option to select when the call is answered. Most importantly, they don't answer the phone. Endless repeating annoying phone music, with breaks that sound like someone is re-placing the call on hold over and over again, until finally giving up. The absolute worst scheduling for a yearly appointment. To schedule it will take a minimum of one hour for a call center outside the US that will ask you so many questions about your history including if you have Covid, and this is after the pandemic. Scheduling should not be so hard.

I booked my appointment months ago and they call me less than 2 weeks from my appointment to reschedule and now I have to wait another TWO months to get my screening because they're "short staffed" -not sure what is going on at Franciscan but the whole system is falling apart. don't go here.
