The absolute worst scheduling for a yearly appointment. To schedule it will take a minimum of one hour for a call center outside the US that will ask you so many questions about your history including if you have Covid, and this is after the pandemic. Scheduling should not be so hard.
I booked my appointment months ago and they call me less than 2 weeks from my appointment to reschedule and now I have to wait another TWO months to get my screening because they're "short staffed" -not sure what is going on at Franciscan but the whole system is falling apart. don't go here.
I have litterally never spoken to a more rude, insane human in my life, and this is healthcare? I just can't believe it!!
My primary care physician referred me to St Anthony Franciscan for a mammogram. When I called and made the appointment, I verified that they accepted my insurance. They confirmed. Accepted my card and co-pay prior to procedure. I received a bill for $748. I called Fransiscan immediately and they told me that they accept my insurance but it is up to my insurance company whether or not they will pay it. Very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend them!!
