Martine is kind, understanding and incredibly knowledgeable!! She listens to your goals, concerns and challenges and uses that information to create a plan for you to get there. She has lots of different options from in person classes, online platform and one on ones! I would 110% recommend Martine to anyone looking for pre or post natal movement in their life. ❤️
I loved this class. Being pregnant for the first time has been quite challenging for me and having this class once a week really helped. It was a place I could go and be truly open about how I felt knowing others were feeling the exact same way. Having an instructor who is so open, caring and supportive makes all the difference in the world. She is truly the best ! She knows above and beyond information about prenatal and postpartum. She makes you feel so confortable and makes you realize that your not alone going through all sort of different things ! Workout wise she has alternatives for everyone ! She’s amazing ! And being around other mothers is so energizing also !
Martine at Mama Movement has done an incredible job mixing the physical, mental and emotional needs many pregnant women are searching for. She helped educate but was fully invested and apart of the journey with us. 10/10 recommend to any pregnant momma. Plus it was a great price for a 6 week program!
