Today I had a troublesome root taken out after the main tooth broke. Mr Butcher and the lady dental assistant were superb. The gentleman explained everything and the care and attention was brilliant. Once the anaesthetic kicked in I felt nothing. The procedure was quick. They were knowledgeable and caring. It made for a pleasurable stress free experience.
Laura did my extraction and it the most painfree extraction I have had. She really put my mind at rest and we even had a good laugh. If you are nervous about going to dentist, I highly recommend going to see Laura.
Dr Hunter -Shaw is a great dentist, she is very reassuring and a professional at her craft.
I have always been anxious about visiting dentists as I suffered very poor treatment as a young child. I was referred to this dental practice by my own Dentist in Newark. I needed to have a Wisdom Tooth removed. From the moment I walked into the practice the young ladies behind the desk made me feel welcome and at ease. I was taken by a lovely young Dental Nurse for an Xray, she who was comforting, supportive and talking to me the whole time.
