The room was clean and newly renovated, everything needed was there, save for 2 things; we could not get the TV to work correctly, and there was no breakfast available of any kind. The location was near family, and overall a nice stay.
My wife and I booked 2 nights at this hotel due to a local residence recommendation. After driving 11 hours and arriving after 5 p.m., we were not impressed with this hotel or location. I had book a white water rafting trip and my wife was going to stay at the hotel while I was rafting. I could not allow my wife to stay at this motel by herself. This Hotel is so quaint and beautiful you’d never expect to walk into such an amazing room when you arrive in this small town of Ducktown. The bed is amazing and you sleep great out within minutes and it’s so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed a wonderful fire by the fire pits and gazebo area. I’m staying here in room 206. The floor is so nasty. My granddaughter‘s feet is black. Don’t ask if you need any service. I had to make my own bed. Left the bed sheets & all the stuff for the room in front of the door did not give us a whole roll of toilet paper gave us half of rolls of toilet paper
