Since I've never been here, I can't leave a legit review. But I like the idea of enlarging and modernizing the movie theater, and having a couple of stores down at one end. Just my two cents.

To make the Mall look a little less like a set from a zombie movie, you might try to "condense" all the remaining stores down towards the end of the mall where the movies are, and "wall off" (at least with temporary walls) the empty part of the mall (probably about 70 percent of the retail space is vacant and you would probably still have plenty of potential rental spaces in the remaining areas). When I was growing up I used to love going to the mall and just walk around and go into the stores and trying clothes on and now I can’t enjoy those things anymore bc there aren’t even 6 stores open any more. It’s disappointing. I say they should sell the whole thing or turn it into a huge movie theater, as the theater probably makes more money than the stores that are open rn
Bring shopping back to mall!!! Put some great stores back in it or turn over to a church campus.
