I am hardly ever one to complain however I am so sad to see what is happening to this mall. They are forcing fire and ice out of their lease which is one of the most unique stores the mall has to offer not to mention the store has been in for this location for at least 16 years. Also the brain game store is closing as well and many more clearly the mall is the one to blame. It's going to greatly decrease their patrons not to mention how it will greatly effect many employees. It's nice for a mall, but who still visits malls? I grew up going to Columbia mall before online shopping. Times have changed, and the mall hasn't innovated enough to remain viable. More and more retail is and will be coming to Columbia around the mall in the new format of ground-level retail of highrises. Columbia Mall is the best Mall in all of Maryland down to the great decoration every season. Supporting local schools art work on display and health fitness events.
