I’ve been attending this dental practice for many years, in fact since the days of Kingsley Brown, the kindest and most respectful dentist I’ve ever met. Unfortunately, since the new ownership took over, things have gone sharply downhill. The receptionist is dismissive and rude, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere from the day they first took over the practice. Great service and staff
Not impressed. Unfriendly. They can’t even answer the phone half the time. I’ll take my custom elsewhere and have registered with a much nicer clinic in Newport.
have had my teeth and dental work done here my whole life and wouldn't go anywhere else. never had an issue with them and find all the staff, including the receptionists, to be helpful and worthwhile talking to!
