Majestic properties is a textbook example of a slumlord. Look at these majestic photos. Only the finest majestic mold, majestic mouse crap, and royal roaches. The apartments are filthy, disgusting and unsanitary. There are rats the size of squirrels running around the outside of the property. Students stop and stare at the rats outside, they’re huge. Every apartment here has roaches - save yourself and don't live here unless you wanna room with millions of cockroaches.
I lived here for a year and while it had some of the issues you'd expect from an older building it was overall a good experience. My windows were a little drafty and noise traveled easily but that's to be expected from a building like this. Maintenance was quick to respond to requests. For the price and location it's pretty good. The basement floor is admittedly sketchy so I wouldn't get a unit there.
