First off I didn’t want to leave a bad review like this but when a business takes advantage of your patronage after being a long time customer, ends up lying and didn’t fix the problem I paid them to remedy then it leaves to the alternative. I used to Trust Jim and used him for over 20 years and never had any issues with his shop, but no longer will I be taking my cars back to the maintenance shop.
