I've had Stephanie for a few years now and never had any complaints. But her assistant Corey Harper seems like she don't have any interest in helping with anything and seems bothered when I reach out. She was unable to quote me with a policy for a builders risk policy, never got back with me for a home owners policy, and I was over charged from a policy which got sent to collections because they took off my auto pay from my policy and claimed my insurance rate went up due to inflation. Stephanie worked with my daughter and I and was efficient and speedy in making sure we had a policy in place before leaving the car lot for my 19 year old’s first time auto purchase! She worked quickly and we didn’t have any delays! 👏
My Broker, Stephanie completely screwed me on my Homeowners policy. Because my emphasis on the date for the monthly automatic withdrawals was disregarded, I would have to text Stephanie every month and she would manually make the payments. In August of 2025, I'd texted her as usual, and was assured the payment had been made. Same thing in September, and I ended up calling in October because I wasn't receiving renewal paperwork for November.
