I have been a customer of The Mail Room for over 10 years, and I have never had any problems with the service. It is a neighborhood gem, the owner is extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable and always figures out the best price/service for my mailing needs. I don't bother going anywhere else, never an issue with mailing, printing, or notarizing. I appreciate that this is not a chain, which is becoming increasingly rare.

This place be wildin, don’t go here. They are not an authorized fedex drop off. Don’t give her $7, you can drop it off at the Duane Reade on Myrtle and Nostrand for free. And the USPS on Myrtle and Kent isn’t even that far. She tried to charge me $2 per package and they were small. $1 is fine, but $2 is greedy.

This place is great. I sometimes have packages delivered here to avoid theft (packages from loved ones containing special items, say). I also have sent things from here, and my husband has used the notary service. The woman who runs the Mailroom is helpful, efficient, and cool.

I miss “I mail and more” when they were on gates&bedford and then move to putnam&bedford - not sure what happened that got them to close (assuming rent) but what a loss for the community. I always want to support black owned businesses but this one makes it very challenging. They over charge for everything prepaid drop off/pick up but will tell you AFTER the fact of - not before. Super friendly service, and they took the time to ask how my day was going. Convenient location and a wide array of boxes in all shapes and sizes! Really recommend coming here for all your printing needs.
