I have been a customer of The Mail Room for over 10 years, and I have never had any problems with the service. It is a neighborhood gem, the owner is extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable and always figures out the best price/service for my mailing needs. I don't bother going anywhere else, never an issue with mailing, printing, or notarizing. I appreciate that this is not a chain, which is becoming increasingly rare.
They charge when someone drops a FedEx envelope, even though they’re listed as an official location… and we already paid for the shipping and labeling on the FedEx website. Miss the spot that closed up on Bedford, they did not charge for it
Super friendly service, and they took the time to ask how my day was going. Convenient location and a wide array of boxes in all shapes and sizes! Really recommend coming here for all your printing needs.
FedEx says this is an authorized location and displays them on their website. Location has an authorized FedEx sign on them. Yet they charge 3$ for “handling”. I don’t know if this is supposed to be the ideal experience, and if it is I will gladly remove this review, but something doesn’t smell right to me here.
This mail store is amazing. I go there to pick up packages for my mom a lot and the service is great. if you don’t want the package thieves to steal your packages I would recommend something from here. They have pretty good open times five stars.
