The lady that works at this mail box to busy trying to be a reboot. Completely forgot about kindness and humanity to others.
The mailbox Customer service rep was very helpful as a notary with no confusion on how to send my mail I was in and out fast.
There are times when a person isn’t comfortable doing something new. My experience at The Mailing Box was exceptional. There, good customer service also comes with great interpersonal skills. It’s helpful when you can go to a place to get a document notarized, copies made and mailed at the same place
