Young lady with dreadlocks is very unprofessional. Speaks to customers like you owe her something. Started a notary for my son with autism that is required by the state. I showed her the paperwork to prove I am his representative. She began screaming you need a lawyer to do his paperwork. I said, "I showed you paperwork proving I am his representative. I found my experience with the fingerprinting process to be remarkably smooth and easy. After undergoing wrist surgery, I was grateful for the staff's kindness and understanding. They were very attentive to my needs, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure, which allowed us to complete the task together.

Terrible service! Lady (says owner) of the business was extremely rude. I went for card fingerprinting. She had a dog that was barking. When I told her that I am scared of dogs, she started yelling and walked away. Upon asking if I could get fingerprinting done, she yelled again stating that she won’t be able to help me. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate! A good customer service and professionalism is a must to run any business but you will not find any here. I am never going back there again and would recommend everyone... read more
