They act like they're the king of the mail world and do whatever they want with your mails. They lost my one mail and opened another mail when I didn't ask for it to be opened. I had asked them to ship 2 mails but received one opened mail and my other mail is lost. When I asked about it, they started sending me rude emails. They're doing mail tempering and mail scam. Do not work with this company!

MAY 2012 DO NOT USE!!! I OPENED A MAILBOX WITH THEM AND AT FIRST THEY PRETENDED THAT MY ITEMS HADN'T BEEN DELIVERED DESPITE U.P.S SHOWING THAT THEY HAD BEEN SIGNED FOR BY THE OWNER DAVE, ON THEIR TRACKING WEBSITE. THEN THEY WASTED A FURTHER 90 DAYS PRETENDING THAT THEY HAD TO WAIT BEFORE THEY COULD MAKE AN INSURANCE CLAIM FOR THE LOST ITEMS, BEFORE NO LONGER RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS AT ALL, ONCE THEY KNEW THAT I HAD GONE BACK TO OWN CITY. Mailbag under new ownership since July 07. Previous owner not charged scam – The Mailbag has been under new ownershup since July 07. New owners are great. Great price and service. Please give them a chance to prove themselves. Great freindly service ++++

Just be careful. User beware! – Google or use your favorite seach engine "Mail Bag Las Olas" and you'll also find that the owner was charged with Grand Theft for mail fraud.
