Love the maile shoppe and have been using them since I moved to ann arbor. Wonderful stadd and I will miss their business.
The open time is supposed to be from 12-5pm, however I came at 13:00 and there was no one in the store and the door was closed with a sign that said that they would be open around 2:15pm. I came back at 4pm and the door was closed. There was someone inside but refused to open the door claiming that they were already closed. Terrible service.
This place is always closed during the hours they list are open. I was here Sept. 16 at 11AM, then Sept. 16 at 3PM, then Sept. 17 at 11 AM, and again on Sept. 17 at 2PM. Meanwhile I tried calling a couple times and left a voice mail, but no one ever picks up or responds to voicemails. I have wasted 3 hr this week going back and forth to the mail shoppe.
This place is great. I found it looking online for a Notary, called and he was available right then. I drove to the Mail Shop, was able to get my papers Notarized, I asked if he could make a couple copies for me, he did, then was able to mail everything off. One stop. Lex, the female employee on shift that day stood and helped me for 45 minutes checking everything over because I didn't have my glasses. Marcus, the Notary and I believe the owner, was just as great.
