Mark and his crew did an incredible job of crating and shipping 4 pieces of very large and heavy art to my daughters in Colorado. Everything arrived intact…no broken glass, no nicks or damage, and just like it looked when it left Memphis. His crate was a work of art in and of itself. Directions for unpacking were specific and clear. A great experience all around. Kudos to Mark. Feel confident in using his service in the future.
Friendly, great service, great prices. Had a private mailbox here and it was well worth it.
Sent a letter with a returned receipt. They did not return the receipt and gave a lame excuse that they were busy and forgot to get the receipt. It was up to the recipient to send it back (not true). I went online to track the number and did not have an update. So I called again and I was told they had not updated the status because they had not received it yet. I had to send the letter again. I will be filing a complaint with the USPS office. It sounds like a cover up to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
If you need something packaged for selling on eBay this is the place to go! I handed my items to them and they packaged everything in about 10 minutes so perfectly!
I have been using this business for over 25 years. It is the only place in Memphis for me to ship home when I am in town. Friendly service, the owner is a very nice fellow. I always enjoy my interactions there.
