Friendly, great service, great prices. Had a private mailbox here and it was well worth it.
Sent a letter with a returned receipt. They did not return the receipt and gave a lame excuse that they were busy and forgot to get the receipt. It was up to the recipient to send it back (not true). I went online to track the number and did not have an update. So I called again and I was told they had not updated the status because they had not received it yet. I had to send the letter again. I will be filing a complaint with the USPS office. It sounds like a cover up to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
If you need something packaged for selling on eBay this is the place to go! I handed my items to them and they packaged everything in about 10 minutes so perfectly!
I have been using this business for over 25 years. It is the only place in Memphis for me to ship home when I am in town. Friendly service, the owner is a very nice fellow. I always enjoy my interactions there.
I came in there the other day to do some fingerprints. I had my baby with me since I’m a single mom . She was asleep in my arms . I walked in , and as soon as I tell them I’m there to do fingerprints a white lady proceeds to ask me if I have a car seat or a carried for my baby .
