Sent a letter with a returned receipt. They did not return the receipt and gave a lame excuse that they were busy and forgot to get the receipt. It was up to the recipient to send it back (not true). I went online to track the number and did not have an update. So I called again and I was told they had not updated the status because they had not received it yet. I had to send the letter again. I will be filing a complaint with the USPS office. It sounds like a cover up to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
If you need something packaged for selling on eBay this is the place to go! I handed my items to them and they packaged everything in about 10 minutes so perfectly!
I have been using this business for over 25 years. It is the only place in Memphis for me to ship home when I am in town. Friendly service, the owner is a very nice fellow. I always enjoy my interactions there.
I came in there the other day to do some fingerprints. I had my baby with me since I’m a single mom . She was asleep in my arms . I walked in , and as soon as I tell them I’m there to do fingerprints a white lady proceeds to ask me if I have a car seat or a carried for my baby . This used to be our go-to spot for getting prints done for years as they were always on top of things, but in our most important order, they let us down. We ordered several items from them for our wedding celebration last weekend. Includes programs, various table signs, and a large seating chart. Like any wedding, we had last-minute changes that we sent them week of the event before anything was printed.
