Not the usual cleaning. Bathroom baseboards not cleaned and bathroom floor not clean. Not satisfied with this cleaning.

I called to book our appointment on Friday, Nov 21 and spoke with a nice gentleman and explained that we needed a deep cleaning of our home. I asked several questions to make sure my expectations would be met, such as “will the cleaners clean the baseboards, fully dust shelves and other tabletop surfaces, dust fans, etc.?” He replied that they would. I am very thankful for The Maids in Southern Louisville. I have been utilizing their cleaning services because of my physical health situation. Having a neat and clean home means a lot to me.
