I hired The Maids to do a deep clean and start a monthly service. First off, Maria is wonderful on the business side of things. The customer service was phenomenal as she asked me questions of what really mattered to me and cleaning my home. Second, the team that has come out each time was super friendly and courteous. Carrie and Staffani did an amazing job on cleaning my house! Lastly, I love that they ask if you if you would like to do a walk through when they are finished. Top notch team! Highly recommend!
Use someone else. They started off strong, good service, showed up, cleaned well. Now they send message they are coming, do not show, do not follow up. This is on top of the two prior cleanings being sub par. The lack of communication is unacceptable. Again choose another company.
If there was less than one star I would have clicked. I had my deceased brother's 2br apartment "move out service" by them. The 3 of the ladies did a terrible job. We noticed first off, red flag, they asked if I had a mop. Called me in one hour said they were done. There were three of them. First noticed the open shelving in the kitchen, dusty.
