Use someone else. They started off strong, good service, showed up, cleaned well. Now they send message they are coming, do not show, do not follow up. This is on top of the two prior cleanings being sub par. The lack of communication is unacceptable. Again choose another company.
If there was less than one star I would have clicked. I had my deceased brother's 2br apartment "move out service" by them. The 3 of the ladies did a terrible job. We noticed first off, red flag, they asked if I had a mop. Called me in one hour said they were done. There were three of them. First noticed the open shelving in the kitchen, dusty. Booked a one time clean before having guests stay and some things were done well, but some basic things were left unfinished. The kitchen and bathroom sinks were not well cleaned, there were drips of something on the floor that was not previously there, and there was a significant amount of dog hair remaining on the couch. One of the beds had the comforter upside down, sheets hanging off the corner almost to the floor, and the bed skirt tangled up and tucked in with the top sheet - so it almost needed to be entirely remade. ... read more
