I moved into an apartment that was supposed to be cleaned, but had not been. With the move and traveling for work I was struggling to get it cleaned like I really needed it to be, and the maids really came through to help me out. Maria and Kim did such a great job, were professional and friendly, I'm very happy with everything!
Outstanding from beginning to end. Chris helped us get everything set up and his genuine care was apparent even over the phone. The cleaning crew arrived on time, understood what was needed and shockingly went above and beyond. The place was spotless when they left. Every nook and cranny. I stayed because my dog is terrified by the sound of a vaccum and barks insanely when strangers are in the house. She usually shakes like a leaf the entire time and won’t eat that night. My house was shining by the time these hardworking professionals were finished! They arrived right on time, had all the equipment and products necessary to thoroughly clean my house. They treated all my things with care and respect!! And, they worked with their undivided attention (no chatty cell phone breaks) - great work ethic!! Highly recommend!
Love The Maids! We had our first cleaning with them, and they’re fantastic! Professional, kind, meticulous, easygoing, all the nice adjectives. Our team was made up of Rogelio and Maria, and they were just fantastic! And they made it all look so easy! Chris, the owner, is excellent! Great to deal with, responsive, and great at what he does! Highly recommend them!
Great experience with The Maids in Monterey Bay. The three-person team led by Kim was efficient, courteous, and did an excellent job. My home looks amazing. Chris, the owner, also stopped by, which added a nice personal touch. 5 stars. Locked in.
