Very unsatisfied with the service we received.we were given an estimate ( time and cost) but the cleaners left our place without finishing the cleaning. Many stains remained on the kitchen, balcony and washrooms and we notified the manager right away. Unfortunately Instead of realizing the issue and offering to help to resolve this mess, they blamed us and ignored our further emails. If the cleaners needed more time than quoted they could have told us and communicated this clearly but Instead they left with every task undone... read more
Nandini and her team were amazing and super efficient. They came with a team of 4 people and cleaned our entire apartment in an hour. Communication was smooth and everything we asked to clean was done.
